2. Choke Points and Kill Zones
Certain environments offer natural choke points where enemy movement is restricted. By modifying or reinforcing these locations, you can control the fight.
Block Wide Open Spaces: Use objects like crates, sandbags, or movable obstacles to narrow an enemy’s path, making them easier to target.
Funnel Enemies into Fire Zones: If there’s only one clear way forward, position explosives, trip mines, or traps in those areas. Enemies forced to move through these points will have little time to react.
Use Destroyed Terrain: If the game allows destructible environments, collapsing a bridge, wall, or support structure can change the battlefield dramatically, limiting where enemies can go.
